For Residents

You Have Someone in Your Corner.

SageResolve is brought in by your community to support you. We are onsite, independent, and completely confidential — here to listen, help you work through concerns, and make sure your voice is heard.

We Are Here for You — Not Just for the Community

Your community brought us in because they want to provide a better experience for residents. But once we are here, we work independently. That means you can talk to us freely, in confidence, knowing that what you share stays between us — unless you decide otherwise.

What We Offer Residents

How SageResolve Supports You

Whether you have a conflict with a neighbor, a concern about your care, or simply need someone to talk to — we are accessible, confidential, and on your side.

Your Privacy Is Protected

Everything you share with us stays between you and your SageResolve specialist. We will never share what you tell us with the community, staff, or administration — unless there is a risk to your safety, or you give us permission to discuss the issue on your behalf in order to help resolve it.

We Work for Your Resolution

Although we are engaged by the community, we operate independently. Our job is to make sure your voice is heard and that any conflict or concern you have is addressed fairly — not to protect the facility's interests.

We Attend Resident Meetings

Our specialists may participate in resident meetings when invited by the community or residents, giving you an opportunity to get to know us, ask questions, and share concerns in a group setting. Our goal is to become a trusted, familiar presence in your community — not someone who appears only after a problem has already escalated.

We Are Onsite Regularly

SageResolve specialists visit your community several days each month. You can speak with us in person, in private, at your convenience. No appointment required — just let us know you would like to talk.

Direct Phone Line

You have access to a direct phone number for your SageResolve specialist. You can call us any time — whether you have an urgent concern or simply want to talk through a situation before deciding what to do.

Direct Email Access

Prefer to write? You can reach your specialist directly by email at any time. We respond promptly and treat every message with the same confidentiality as an in-person conversation.

Residents Have a Voice Portal

Each resident receives a flyer to keep in their room with a QR code that connects directly to our secure online portal. Scan it anytime to privately submit an issue, concern, or topic you'd like our mediation team to address — on your own time, from any device, no staff involvement required.

What You Tell Us Stays With Us.

SageResolve keeps all information between us and the resident strictly confidential — with two exceptions: if there is a risk to your safety, or if you give us permission to discuss the issue with the community in order to help resolve it.

You are always in control of what happens with your information. We will never act without your knowledge or consent.

Common Questions

Answers for Residents

Will the community know I contacted SageResolve?

No. Your contact with us is confidential. We will not inform the community, staff, or administration that you reached out unless you ask us to — or unless there is a safety concern that requires us to act.

Do I have to participate in mediation?

Participation is always voluntary. We will never pressure you to take part in any process you are not comfortable with. Our role is to support you, and that includes respecting your right to decide how — or whether — to proceed.

What if I just want to talk, not file a complaint?

That is completely fine. Many residents simply want to talk through a situation with someone who is neutral and trustworthy. You do not have to take any formal action. We are here to listen.

Can SageResolve help with issues involving staff or management?

Yes. If you have a concern about how you have been treated by staff or management, we can help you think through your options and, with your permission, facilitate a conversation to address the issue.

What if I am worried about retaliation?

Your concerns are taken seriously. Because we operate independently of the community, we are in a position to advocate for fair treatment without the conflicts of interest that internal staff may face. If retaliation is a concern, we will discuss how to approach the situation in a way that protects you.
